THE EARL OF ERNEMy Lords, I beg leave to introduce a Bill to amend the Eleventh Schedule to the Local Government Act, 1929, and to make provision for meeting certain liabilities of the Railway Freight Rebates Fund in respect of the period beginning with the first day of April, 1931, and ending with the 31st day of December, 1936; and to move that it be read a first time.
