THE CHAIRMAN OF COMMITTEES (THE, EARL OF ONSLOW)

My Lords, I beg to move the Motion which stands in my name, which is to constitute a Joint Committee of both Houses for examining Consolidation Bills.

Moved, That it is desirable that all Consolidation Bills in the present Session be referred to a Joint Committee of both Houses of Parliament.—(The Earl of Onslow.)
