HL Deb 12 May 1936 vol 100 c956
THE FIRST LORD OF THE ADMIRALTY (VISCOUNT MONSELL)

My Lords. I understand that it is the wish of the House that this debate should be continued on Thursday and that it should be the first Order of the day. That will be done.

LORD STRABOLGI

Is it intended to sit late on Thursday, might I ask the noble Viscount, or is it hoped to get through all the business to enable us to rise for dinner?

VISCOUNT MONSELL

I think it might be necessary to sit a little later on Thursday, but that will be left to the will of the House at the time.

House adjourned at a quarter past seven o'clock.
