§ Message from the Commons, to acquaint this House that they have appointed a Committee of seven members to join with the Committee appointed by their Lordships to consider the Public Health Bill, as requested by this House; and that they have ordered that the Committee have power to send for persons, papers and records; and that three be the quorum.
