My Lords, I have to convey to the House the following Message from the King:

"I have received your Address praying that the Government of India (Excluded and Partially Excluded Areas) Order, 1936, be made in the form of the Draft laid before Parliament on the 31st day of January last, subject to the Amendments approved by your Lordships' House. I will comply with your request."
