THE EARL OF FEVERSHAM

My Lords, with your permission I should like to take the first three Amendments to this Schedule together. The object of these Amendments is to enable a servant of an auctioneer or warehouseman to possess firearms in the course of his duties. Such servants are by these Amendments placed in the same position as servants of gunsmiths. I beg to move.

Moved, That this House doth agree with the Commons in the said Amendments.—(The Earl of Feversham.)

On Question, Motion agreed to.
