THE EARL OF FEVERSHAMMy Lords, with your permission I should like to take the first three Amendments to this Schedule together. The object of these Amendments is to enable a servant of an auctioneer or warehouseman to possess firearms in the course of his duties. Such servants are by these Amendments placed in the same position as servants of gunsmiths. I beg to move.
