Clause 14, page 8, line 10, after ("in") insert ("Scotland and").

My Lords, the third Amendment is to insert the words "Scotland and" after the word "in." That is merely extending to Scotland a benefit which the Bill confers on England. I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in the said Amendment.
