My Lords, the Bill of which I move the Second Reading is a Bill to confirm a scheme of the Charity Commissioners for the application or management of the Charity of Arthur Frederick Buckingham for a cottage Hospital in the Borough of Dunstable, in the County of Bedford. I do not think any words are needed from me to explain the scheme. I beg to move.
