§ Moved, That a Committee of seven Lords be appointed to join with the Committee of the House of Commons to consider and report on measures for the better conservation and organisation of water resources and supplies in England and Wales as mentioned in the Commons Message of Tuesday last, and that the Lords following be named of the Committee:

- L. O'Hagan,
- L. Sanderson,
- L. Rochester,
- L. Rhayader,
- L. Milne,
- L. Eltisley.

§ That the Minutes of Evidence of the Joint Committee on Water Resources and Supplies in the last Session: Of Parliament be referred to the Commitee:
§ Then a Message was ordered to be sent to the Commons to inform them of the 728 appointment of the said Committee by this House and to propose that the Joint Committee do meet in the King's Robing Room on Wednesday next, at a quarter past twelve o'clock.
