§ Message from the Commons to acquaint this House that they have appointed a Committee of six members to join with a Committee of this House, to consider and report upon the accommodation for refreshment rooms and lavatories in the Palace of Westminster, and that they have made the following Order: That the Minutes of Evidence of the Joint Committee on Refreshment Rooms and Lavatories in the last Session of Parliament be referred to the Committee; and to request their Lordships to appoint an equal number of Lords to be joined with the members of their House.
