§ Message from the Commons to acquaint the House that they have passed the following Resolution: That it is expedient that a Joint Committee of Lords and Commons be appointed to consider and report on measures for the better conservation and organisation of water resources and supplies in England and Wales; and to desire the concurrence of this House.
