§ THE EARL OF CROMERMy Lords, I have to convey to the House a further Message from the King:
"I have received your Addresses, praying Me to issue Instructions to Governors of Governors' Provinces in India and to the Governor of Burma in the form of the respective drafts laid before your Lordships' House. I will comply with your request."
