§ LORD SNELLMy Lords, I should like to ask the noble Viscount the Leader of the House whether he is able to give us any information about future business.
§ VISCOUNT HALIFAXMy Lords, in reply to the noble Lord I would state that we shall propose to-morrow to take the Committee stages of the India and Burma (Existing Laws) Bill, the Public Order Bill, and the Expiring Laws Continuance Bill. It may be necessary to-morrow to ask the House to sit after dinner. For 835 Wednesday my noble friend Lord Monkswell has a Question on the Paper, and we should propose on that day to take the Report stage of the Trunk Roads Bill which we have been discussing today. I should add that at half-past eleven o'clock to-morrow morning there 836 will be a sitting of the House to enable noble Lords to take the Oath, and at three o'clock in the afternoon the business I have mentioned will be taken.
§ House adjourned at twenty minutes before six o'clock.
