My Lords, I beg to move that Standing Order No. 105 be considered in order to its being dispensed with. It is necessary for me to ask your Lordships to do this because we have been waiting for the Attorney-General's Report, which has now been received.

Moved, That Standing Order No. 105 be considered in order to its being dispensed with in respect of the said Bill, and that the Bill be now read 2a.—(The Earl of Onslow.)
