My Lords, I beg to move the Motion which stands upon the Paper in my name.

Moved, That Standing Order No. XXI be considered in order to its being suspended, and that for the remainder of the Session all Government Bills which are entered for consideration on the Minutes of the Day shall have precedence over other Bills and Notices.—(The Marquess of Londonderry.)
