My Lords, I beg to move that Standing Order No. XXI be considered in order to its being suspended for this day's sitting, as stated in the Motion standing in my name.

Moved, That Standing Order No. XXI be considered in order to its being suspended for this day's sitting and that the Orders for the Third Readings of the Finance Bill and the London Passenger Transport (Agreement) Bill and for the House to be again in Committee on the Government of India Bill have precedence of the other Notices and Orders of the Day.—(The Marquess of Londonderry.)
