§ Message from the Commons that they have come to the following resolution, to which they desire the concurrence of this House, namely: "That it is expedient that a Joint Committee of Lords and Commons be appointed to consider and report upon the accommodation for refreshment rooms and lavatories in the Palace of Westminster."
