THE EARL OF ONSLOW

My Lords, I beg to move the Motion which stands on the Paper setting up the Special Orders Committee but, again at the request of my noble friend opposite, I wish to add to the names on the Paper that of the noble Earl, Lord Listowel.

Moved, That a Select Committee be appointed to consider all Special Orders of the present Session, and that the Lords following, with the Lord Privy Seal and the Chairman of Committees be named of the Committee:
