My Lords, I beg to move the Motion that stands in my name.

Moved, That, in the event of a Message being received from the Commons that they have passed the Consolidated Fund (Appropriation) Bill, Standing Order No. XXXIX be considered in order to its being dispensed with for the purpose of passing the Bill through all its stages.—(The Marquess of Londonderry.)
