Page 29, line 15, leave out from ("Schedule.") to end of the Schedule, and insert ("the expression qualified accountant" means a person being a member of one or more of the following bodies, that is to say:—

My Lords, this is a drafting Amendment. As a matter of drafting it is neater to set out the names of societies in the Schedule rather than to have the present provision which involves reference to other Statutes for the names of the societies. I beg to move.
