HL Deb 15 November 1934 vol 94 c481

Clause 20, page 17, line 35, after ("of,") insert ("publication or").

THE MARQUESS OF LONDONDERRY

My Lords, the Amendment is to deal with a casus omissus. If publication and distribution are to be offences it is only logical that possession for the purpose of publication should he an offence as well as possession for the purpose of distribution. I beg to move that we agree with the Commons Amendment.

Moved, That this House doth agree with the Commons in the said Amendment.—(The Marquess of Londonderry.)

On Question, Motion agreed to.
