Message received from the Commons requesting that their Lordships would be pleased to give leave to the Right Honourable the Marquess of Linlithgow to attend to be examined as a witness before the Committee of Privileges appointed by them.

My Lords, I beg to move that this Message be now considered and that leave be given to the noble Marquess, if his Lordship consents.
