My Lords, in consequence of the lamented death of the noble Viscount, Lord Churchill, a vacancy occurs on the Standing Orders Committee of your Lordships House According to Standing Orders it is necessary that the Committee should consist of forty memebers and the Chairman of Committees. I therefore propose to you Lordships that the name of the noble Lord, Lord Milne, should be added to those of the members of the Committee.

Moved, That the Lord Milne be named of the committee in place of the Viscount churchill.—(The Earl of Onslow)
