§ 1. The Scheme of the Minister of Health which is set out in the schedule to this Act is hereby confirmed and shall have full validity and force.
§ VISCOUNT GAGEmoved, after "which," to insert "as amended." The noble Viscount said: My Lords, this Amendment and the one following it, of which Notice has been given, are purely formal. They arise from the fact that certain sections of the Public Health Act, 1857, will be superseded on June 1 next by the provisions of the Local Government Act, 1933. I move that this purely technical Amendment be agreed to.
