THE CHAIRMAN OF COMMITTEES (THE EARL OF ONSLOW)My Lords, at our sitting yesterday my noble friend Lord Strathcona moved that a Select Committee be appointed to consider this Order. The Order came before the Special Orders Committee, who made that recommendation. I therefore beg to move that the Lords whose names appear on the Paper be named of the Committee.
