My Lords, on behalf of my noble friend the Leader of the House I beg to move the first Motion standing in his name.

Moved, That, in the event of a Message being received from the Commons that they have passed the Consolidation Appropriation Bill, Standing Order No. XXXIX be considered in order to its being dispensed with for the purpose of passing the Bill through all its stages.—(The Earl of Lucan)
