My Lords, on behalf of my noble friend Lord Templemore, I beg to move that the House approve of the Special Order as reported from the Special Orders Committee on Thursday last, with the addition of two Amendments, the first of which includes in the Order a clause for the protection of the London Midland and Scottish Railway Company, which is agreed to by the Corporation of Birmingham, and the second is a drafting Amendment.
