THE EARL OF FEVERSHAMMy Lords, under subsection (4) of Clause 5 as it stood male young persons between sixteen and eighteen might be employed in restaurants up to one a.m. The Amendment substitutes "midnight" for one a.m. so that they may not now be employed after twelve o'clock midnight.
