The omission of subsection (3), which relates to cases where the sale of accessories is carried on in a department of a multiple store, is also consequential upon a new subsection (4). The omission of subsection (4), which relates to the transitional period, is consequential on the new clause to be inserted after Clause 14. I beg to move.
