My Lords, the omission of subsection (2), relating to the notices to be given, is consequential upon the new clause relating to notices to be inserted. The omission of subsection (3), which relates to cases where the sale of accessories is carried on in a department of a multiple store, is also consequential upon a new subsection (4). The omission of subsection (4), which relates to the transitional period, is consequential on the new clause to be inserted after Clause 14. I beg to move.
