Clause 6 [Conditions attached to licences]:

VISCOUNT BERTIE OF THAME moved an Amendment in subsection (5) to make the reference to the licensing authority in the plural by substituting "think" for "thinks". The noble Viscount said: My Lords, this is merely a drafting Amendment.
