HL Deb 15 November 1933 vol 89 c348
THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR WAR (VISCOUNT HAILSHAM)

My Lords, I beg to move the Motion standing in my name. It is only that we may finish the Road and Rail Traffic Act to-day—and also the Expiring Laws Continuance Bill—so that in another place they may have the opportunity of considering the Amendments your Lordships have been pleased to make.

Moved, That Standing Orders Nos. XXI and XXXIX be considered in order to their being suspended for the remainder of the Session.—(Viscount Hailsham.)

On Question, Motion agreed to, and ordered accordingly.
