My Lords, I beg to move that a similar Order with respect to the Borough of Rochester be approved.

Moved, That the Order made by the Secretary of State for the Home Department under the Act for extending Section 1 of that Act to the Borough of Rochester, and laid before this House on the 2nd instant, be approved.—(The Earl of Lucan).
