My Lords, I beg leave to introduce a Bill to provide for contributions by rubber manufacturers in the United Kingdom to the Research Association of British Rubber Manufacturers, for the collection and application of such contributions, and for purposes con- nected with the matters aforesaid; and to move that it be read a first time.
