§ Clause 80 [Superannuation Funds, etc.]:
§ THE EARL OF PLYMOUTHMy Lords, I have now to move two very small Amendments in Clause 80, in subsection (12), to leave out "their undertaking" and insert "the undertaking of the authority," and, two lines later, to leave out "them" and insert "the authority." My noble friend Lord Bertie pointed out on the Report stage that certain Amendments of his in subsection (12) of Clause 80 should be accepted in order to cure au unnecessary inconsistency. My noble friend Lord Londonderry promised to look into this point, and the two Amendments now on the Order Paper have been put down to cure the inconsistency in this particular clause. I beg to move them.
