Enactments repealed.
Session and Chapter. Short Title. Extent of Repeal.

THE MARQUESS OF LONDONDERRY moved to insert, at the beginning:

"16 & 17 Vict. c. 33. The London HackneyCarriageAct,1853. Section eleven, so far as relates to velicles of the Bord."

The noble Marquess said: This Amendment repeals the provisions in the Act of 1853 which requires that property left in omnibuses and tramcars in the Metropolis shall be handed over to the Police. Tinder the new clause which has been moved to follow Clause 104 of the Bill, all property left in the vehicles of the Board (railway carriages, tramcars, omnibuses or motor-coaches) will be dealt with on uniform lines by the Board.
