HL Deb 08 March 1933 vol 86 c1080
THE CHAIRMAN OF COMMITTEES (THE EARL OF ONSLOW)

My Lords, I beg to move the Motion that stands in my name. The necessity arises from the fact that we had to wait for the Attorney-General's report before being able to put these Bills down for Second Reading.

Moved, That Standing Order No. 105 be considered in order to its being dispensed with in respect of the said Bills, and that the Bills be now read 2a.—(The Earl of Onslow.)

On Question, Motion agreed to, and Bills read 2a accordingly and committed: the Committees to be proposed by the Committee of Selection.
