Page 71, line 17, leave out ("January") and insert ("July").

The Commons agree to the above Amendment and propose the following consequential Amendment to the Bill:

Clause 106, page 136, line 13, at end insert ("but this repeal shall not, as respects enactments for which other provisions are substituted by this Act, take effect until the respective dates upon which the provisions so substituted come into operation").

My Lords, the Amendment is in Clause 106, the old Clause 106, on page 136. The Amendment is purely consequential, and, unless any of your Lordships wish an explanation, I beg to move that the Amendment be agreed to.
