My Lords, I beg to move in respect of the Adelphi Estate Bill that Standing Order No. 106 be considered in order to its being dis- pensed with in respect to a Petition of the Metropolitan Public Gardens Association, the Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings and the London Society. This is to give an opportunity that was desired at the time of the Second Reading of the Bill to enable the opposition to present their case.
