HL Deb 23 March 1932 vol 83 c1042
THE MARQUESS OF LONDONDERRY

My Lords, I desire to inform you that I am proposing that to-morrow there shall be a Motion to suspend Standing Order No. XXXIX, in order that the Tanganyika and British Honduras Loans Bill and the Consolidated Fund Bill may be passed through all their stages. I think you will also wish to know that it is proposed we should sit at 11 o'clock. The Royal Commission will take place at 12 o'clock.

LORD PONSONBY OF SHULBREDE

As the noble Marquess is aware, we have no objection at all to the suspension of the Standing Order.

House adjourned at twenty minutes past six o'clock.
