HL Deb 02 March 1932 vol 83 c769
THE CHAIRMAN OF COMMITTEES (THE EARL OF ONSLOW)

My Lords, I beg to move that the Standing Order be considered in order to its being dispensed with in respect of this Bill. The reason for that is that there was delay in presenting the report of the Attorney-General, and it is usual in those circumstances to permit the suspension of the Standing Order. I beg to move the Motion standing in my name.

Moved, That Standing Order No. 105 be considered in order to its being dispensed with in respect of the said Bill, and that the Bill be now read 2a.—(The Earl of Onslow.)

On Question, Motion agreed to, and Bill read 2a accordingly.
