HL Deb 08 December 1932 vol 86 c304

Order of the Day for the Third Reading read.

THE EARL OF MUNSTER

My Lords, on behalf of my noble friend Lord Plymouth, I beg to move the Third Reading of this Bill.

Moved, That the Bill be now read 3a.—(The Earl of Munster.)

THE CHAIRMAN OF COMMITTEES (THE EARL OF ONSLOW)

My Lords, you will remember that on the last occasion when we had a Bill of this kind before the House there were certain slight errors found in the drafting, and it was agreed by your Lordships that these measures should be submitted to me, and that I should be responsible for going through them and seeing that there was nothing to which it would be my duty to draw the attention of the House. This Bill has been carefully examined, and I do not think I have anything to say about it or that there is in it anything to which your Lordships' attention need be drawn.

On Question, Bill read 3a.

Bill passed.
