My Lords, I beg to move the Motion that stands in my name for the suspension of Standing Order 143, the object being, of course, that this Bill should go down to another place before the Recess.

Moved, That Standing Order No. 143 be considered in order to its being dispensed with in respect of the said Bill, and that the Bill be now read 3a.—(The Earl of Donoughmore.)
