THE CHAIRMAN OF COMMITTEES (THE EARL OF DONOUGHMORE)

My Lords, with reference to the next Bill on the Order Paper, the Amalgamated Societies for the Blind Bill, I beg to move that Standing Order No. 91 be dispensed with, in order that the Bill may be read 2^a.

Moved, That Standing Order No. 91 be considered in order to its being dispensed with in respect of the said Bill, and that the Bill be now read 2^a. —(The Earl of Donoughmore.)
