Since this morning's communiqué was issued further consultations have taken place. Pursuant to these we have been informed that the German Chancellor has now decided to proceed to Paris. The visit that I had intended to pay to Berlin with the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs has in consequence been postponed. The Conference of Ministers will take place in London on Monday as already announced.
