Order of the Day read for resuming the debate on the Amendment to the Motion for the Second Reading, namely, that the Bill be read a second time this day six months—moved by Lord Han-worth on December 16 last.

As I have already intimated, I propose for the convenience of all parties concerned that the debate be put off till to-morrow. I therefore move the Motion standing in my name.
