HL Deb 10 December 1931 vol 83 cc504-6
VISCOUNT HAILSHAM

My Lords, in moving the adjournment of the House I may mention that, so far as I know, there is nothing except purely formal business to-morrow, and there will be a Royal Commission at twelve o'clock in order to give the Royal Assent to such Bills as are available. It will be a purely formal sitting. There may be a little private business, but nothing of a contentious character.

LORD MARLEY

Will the noble Viscount say at what time the House meets to-morrow?

VISCOUNT HAILSHAM

The House, I think, is meeting for judicial business at half-past ten o'clock, but the Royal Commission will be interposed at twelve o'clock.
