THE CHAIRMAN OF COMMITTEES (THE EARL OF DONOUGHMORE)

My Lords, in moving that the Special Orders Committee by appointed I would like to say that the noble Viscount, Lord Hereford, has been good enough to say that he will help us on this Committee. I therefore move the list as printed, with the addition of the name of Lord Hereford.

Moved, That a Select Committee be appointed to consider all Special Orders of the present Session; and that the Lords following, with the Lord President and the Chairman of Committees, be named of the Committee:-
