Page 3, line 4, after ("control") insert ("in the case of a patient in an institution which has a visiting committee, by the clerk of the institution, and in any other case").

My Lords, this is to meet purely an administrative point because the duty of sending a statutory notice is normally placed upon the clerk and not upon the person in charge. I beg to move that this Amendment be agreed to.
