Clause 18, page 16, line 38, leave out from the beginning to ("any") in line 41 and insert: ("(a) the provisions of Section twelve of the Widows', Orphans' and Old Age Contributory Pensions Act, 1929 (relating to the administration of any pensions to which that Act applies, receivable by rate-aided persons of unsound mind); of the provisions contained in the First Schedule to that Act with respect to rate-aided persons of unsound mind; or (b)")
