HL Deb 20 March 1930 vol 76 c941
LORD PARMOOR

My Lords, I have to acquaint the House that I have had a message from his home that the noble Earl, Lord Donoughmore, is unable to be here to take his place in the Chair during Committee owing to indisposition. I beg, therefore, to move: That Earl Beauchamp be appointed to take the Chair in the Committee of the Whole House this day in the absence of the Chairman of Committees from illness.

Moved accordingly, and, on Question, Motion agreed to.
